The Process Engineer-Manufacturing supports chemical production operations, applying engineering experience to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This role requires strong critical thinking, the ability to identify process deviations, and a proactive approach to developing solutions. The engineer applies fundamental principles, such as material and energy balances, to support their findings. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Process Engineer is expected to make sound, independent recommendations based on data and analysis.
